How is it shipped?

We ship with Canada Post Monday through Friday. Some deliveries could require a signature and this is at the sole discretion of the carrier's driver. Large orders may arrive in multiple boxes.

When will I receive my order?

You can expect to receive your orders within 5-7 business days! You will receive an order confirmation email once processed and another notifying you it has shipped with tracking info and estimated arrival.

How much is shipping on my next orders?

You will still get to enjoy free shipping on orders $100 or more. If your order total is below $100, we charge a small fee of $15.00 to ship.

Where do I enter my discount code?

Please enter your discount code at checkout in the ‘Discount Code' field and click apply.

Why is my discount code not working?

I placed my order but forgot to apply my promo code, what do I do?

Can I cancel my order or edit my shipping address?

Please reach out to us at  support@feedbeauty.com and provide us with the order number and we will do our very best to help before the order ships out.

What if my item is damaged, incorrect or missing?

Can I return an item if I’m not happy with it?

Of course! If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can definitely return the item for a refund within 14 days from delivery - less shipping costs. Please see our return policy here. If you have any additional questions, please email support@feedbeauty.com 

Can I edit my shipping address?

We will do our very best to help and in most cases, we are able to make an adjustment to the shipping address if the request is made before the order is shipped. Please email us at support@feedbeauty.com 

I received an incorrect item?

We are sorry for the error! Please let us know at support@feedbeauty.com and we will have the correct item sent out and the return processed.
